HERE IS LOVE
In this series we will study the last section of Luke’s Gospel. We will see Jesus’ final days in Jerusalem, his betrayal and death, his resurrection and ascension, and the commissioning of his disciples into the world. At the end of Jesus’ life, we see not only what he accomplished, but why? Two thousand years later, how do we make sense of Jesus’ life and death? How do we explain his final days? What motivated him to endure the cross? As we explore the conclusion to Luke’s gospel, we find the words of the old hymn ring true: “Here is love.”
